Admission Procedure

Period of Admission – Registration forms are available with school office from January to May each year.

  1. a) Std and Age Limit – The pupil must have attained a minimum age as prescribed by RTE norms.
  2. b) Other classes – The minimum and maximum age for admission to all other classes will be calculated based on the age limits prescribed for Std I.

  Documents –

  1. Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
  2. Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of Student.
  3. Two passport size Photographs of Student.
  4. Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of parents.
  5. Two passport size photographs of mother,father, guardian.
  6. From Grade II onwards, admissions are finally granted on submission of original TC from the heads of the recognized institutions, duly verified by the local educational authorities.

 School Fees

The school fees and bus fees cover twelve calendar months and  must be paid in advance at the School Accounts Office.

Pupils have to pay fees until they are withdrawn with a Transfer Certificate.

Fees once paid is not refundable

All the dues must be cleared before each term examinations.

The parents / guardian have the option to pay the fees either by Cash/RTGS/NEFT at the school office counter during the stipulated period.

Withdrawal from School :

 By Parent : One month’s notice is to be given with fees paid for the term.

On Disciplinary Grounds : A student may be suspended /expelled from the school by the Principal, on the advice of the Disciplinary Committee for bad conduct or bad behavior considered detrimental to school discipline.

Irregular attendance habitual idleness, disobedience, indiscipline, defiance of authority, lack of sufficient efforts to improve in students behavior, threat to other students, exchange or use of mobile and other electronic gadgets in the campus, political activities in school campus and parental misbehavior or non-cooperation with the staff of school authorities are sufficient reason for dismissal of a student. If a parent becomes a nuisance to the school, his / her child may be dismissed with immediate effect.

Issue of transfer Certificate

  1. Application for TC is to be given at least 7 days in advance. TC will be issued only on clearance of all dues.
  2. Duplicate copy of a TC is not normally issued. Duplicate copy may be issued on production of an affidavit that the original TC has been lost and a penalty of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
  3. Rs. 200/- for TC cancellation and Rs. 500/- for cheque cancellation will be charged.
